Timescales

You will be allocated an account manager: Your account manager will act as your single point of contact and will be available to support you through the whole order process. There is an order form to help, which you can download from our website, or we can email one directly to you.
Send us details of your requirements: We will send you an order acknowledgement.
2 to 7 weeks for first proof with a confirmed costing: Our designers will prepare your planner design and our proofreaders will thoroughly check your proof. (Please note, we take the utmost care to ensure that each proof is accurate. However, the final responsibility for the content of the planner lies with the school.) Your proof will be sent to you along with a price confirmation based on the planner specification at that time.
You check and edit the proof: Allow 7 weeks for first proof

We will reset any files submitted using professional design software and you will need to mark any amendments or additions on the paper proof. If you feel you must resend an electronic copy, please ensure all amendments are highlighted, e.g. typed in red or with a background colour.
We finalise the design and re-proof if necessary: Our designers make any changes you have indicated, then we will send you another proof (if requested). Mark on any amendments or additions and return to us. Steps 3 and 4 are repeated until you approve the design and supply a purchase order along with any other details we require. Once you have approved your design no further amendments can be made and production will begin.
Production begins: You will be sent confirmation that your planners have gone into production.
Delivery and invoice: Your planners will be delivered into school and an invoice posted to you.
